We train with purpose: technique first, power second. Coaches at Brice’s place emphasis on footwork, stance, timing and defensive awareness before adding combinations and sparring. Boxing at Brice’s is as much about discipline, respect, and resilience as it is about punches — members leave each session fitter, sharper, and mentally tougher.

Brice’s Boxing Academy is a community-focused boxing gym based in Cape Town that trains beginners, fitness-seekers and competitive athletes. We combine traditional boxing technique with modern strength and conditioning to produce measurable improvements in fitness, boxing IQ, and confidence. Our sessions are coach-led, structured and inclusive — ideal for people who want to learn to box safely, get in shape, or prepare for amateur competition.

Brice’s hosts regular community events — open sparring nights, local amateur cards, youth outreach workshops, and fitness pop-ups. We partner with Cape Town promoters and volunteer with local boxing initiatives to give members ring experience and support grassroots boxing. Events are promoted on social channels and through provincial boxing bodies when they’re competitive fixtures.
